Land
Warfare
Requires
specific experience in OT&E
and/or DT&E of land warfare to include preparation and
review of TEMPs, test plans and test resource requirements. ATEC,
MCOTEA, or similar T&E experience a definite plus. FCS, Stryker,
MRAP, EFV systems expertise and/or fire support, expeditionary warfare and

Cyber/Net-Centric
Provide
technical support to Government Action Officers regarding operational
effectiveness and suitability of ACAT-1D Net-Centric military acquisition programs. Responsible for cross functional
integration and consolidation of operational test resource issues. Interface
regularly with Action Officers, National Level Agencies, Operational Test
Agencies, Academic Research Institutions, and Training Centers. Analyze Test
and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), Test Plans, Operational Readiness
Assessments. (Northern Virginia)

Naval Warfare
Requires specific experience in OT&E
and/or DT&E of naval warfare systems to include preparation and review
of TEMPs, test plans and test resource requirements. OPTEVFOR or
similar T&E experience a definite plus. Familiarity with Surface
and Subsurface MDAPs and supporting net-centric and logistics systems

Air Warfare
Requires specific experience in OT&E and/or
DT&E of air warfare systems to include preparation and review of TEMPs,
test plans and test resource requirements. AFOTEC or similar T&E
experience a definite plus. Familiarity with Air platforms and air
delivered weapons systems MDAPs and supporting net-centric and logistics

Modeling and Simulation
Experience in M&S design and
VV&A to support Systems Engineering, DT&E and OT&E for MDAP and
MAIS systems. Advanced technical degree, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt
certification and Level III Acquisition or T&E certification is strongly

Joint/International TE
Responsible
for the management of DoD’s international T&E program; support of
policies, procedures and implementation for Testing in a Joint Environment;
and implementation of Joint Staff functional capability area roadmaps. Previous
experience in DoD or Service T&E and MDAPs a plus. Excellent
writing and briefing skills required. (

DoD Policy/Budget
Responsible
for the research, review, coordination and development of processes for
component OT&E and DT&E budget submissions and issuance of policies
and procedures with potential implications for T&E and weapons
acquisition. Must be especially
strong in preparing reports, assessments and briefings for SES/Flag level
personnel. Congressional affairs experience a plus. (
